Tom Pulliam is a talented attorney with over 25 years of legal experience
representing clients in a broad range of legal matters. Mr. Pulliam devotes a
significant portion of his time to clients in the areas of general corporate and
business law including mergers and acquisitions; entity start-up matters, and the
analysis, negotiation, and preparation of shareholder/member agreements; and
business operating agreements. In addition, through the years, he has supplied
legal advice to clients in matters requiring financing agreements, equity agreements,
vendor/supplier/customer contracts, employment agreements, and the like.
Mr. Pulliam’s practice also includes consulting with and representing clients in real
estate legal matters. His representation has included the analysis, negotiation, and
preparation of purchase and sale agreements, leases, easements, like-kind exchange
documentation, and the review and analysis of title insurance policies.
Further, Mr. Pulliam possesses significant skill and experience in the area of estate
planning and probate law, including the preparation of wills, trusts, and powers of
attorney for clients, and the handling of decedents’ and guardianship estates before
probate courts of the state of Missouri.
In addition, Mr. Pulliam has a considerable amount of experience in practicing
before the Missouri Public Service Commission on telecommunications-related issues.

Mr. Pulliam is a native St. Louisan. He graduated magna cum laude from Creighton
University with a B.S.B.A. in 1980, and earned his law degree and a Masters in
Business Administration from St. Louis University in 1983 and 1984, respectively.
