School in 2001.  Mr. O'Connor has extensive experience successfully resolving individual and
business disputes before state and federal courts, administrative bodies, mediators, the SEC,
FINRA, state regulators, and arbitration panels.  To the full extent possible, Mr. O'Connor
structures business transactions and presents evidence to achieve his clients' desired outcome in
a timely manner.

Mr. O’Connor served as Executive Editor of the S.L.U. Public Law Review and his article, “A
Return to the Wild West:  The Rapid Deregulation of the Riverboat Gambling Casino Industry in
Missouri,” was published at 19 St. Louis U. Pub. L. Rev 155 (2000).  His
article, “Take Heed If
Your Clients Are Buying or Selling Annuities: 2009 Brings More Regulatory and Product
Changes” was published in the July/August 2009 issue (Vol. 65, No. 4) of the Journal of the
Missouri Bar. He completed MBA classes in finance and real estate at the John Cook School of
Business at St. Louis University. Chris also serves as a Vice President of the
